  • What are the most common garage door repairs?

    The most common issues with a garage door not opening is broken springs.  The most common issue with a garage door not closing is usually the safety sensors .  (Check the alignment of your sensors.  You may be able to adjust these yourself to avoid a repair bill.)

  • What is included with your free repair estimate?

    We offer free estimates for both repairs and replacement.  Our highly trained technicians will really listen to you when you explain the issue you are experiencing then investigate the appropriate systems to find the issue.  Then they will explain the differences between what must be repaired and what can wait.  For replacement doors, an exact quote will be emailed within 2 business days.  (Our technicians may be able to provide a very close estimate for common size and type doors during the estimate appointment.  However, keep in mind that this is just an estimate and the exact pricing will be sent via email within 2 business days.). YOU WILL NEVER BE CAUGHT OFF GUARD WITH HIDDEN FEES!!!  WE GUARANTEE IT!!!!

  • Can I make the repair myself?

    Everyone has different abilities therefore we are unable to tell who can and can not repair an issue.  Some things such as adjustment or replacement of safety sensors may be within your abilities.  Moving parts are very different.  We HIGHLY advise you to avoid trying any repair on any movable part or part under tension such as springs and cables.  These systems are very dangerous and often result in injury or death when touched.
